Russell D. Poppe

Russell represents a wide variety of businesses, individuals, cities, fire districts and other local government clients. He has substantial experience in all phases of business law, including formation and transfers, and day-to-day business planning and legal issues. He also has extensive experience in collaboration, employee relations, including hiring, discipline, termination and investigation, and responding to claims of harassment or discrimination. Russell handles all aspects of real estate transactions, and is the past Chair of the Lane County Attorney / Realtor Committee.

Russell graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law and joined the firm in 1982, after working for a Federal Judge with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
