John A. Wolf John joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1989. John represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of areas, including business, real estate, contracts, collections, liens, local government law, and litigation of all types. He has extensive expertise with tax litigation and matters concerning the IRS and the Oregon Department of Revenue. John also has a substantial practice in family law and divorce, especially divorces which require the division of a business. He has extensive experience with prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and modification of divorce judgments. He also has experience in estate planning, trusts and probate. John received his law degree from Lewis and Clark College of Law in 1980. Prior to joining the firm, he was in private practice in Reedsport, where he served as Assistant City Attorney and City Prosecutor for the City of Reedsport.
