Howard F. Feinman

Howard has been in practice in Eugene, Oregon since 1975. Howard graduated from Washington University of Law School (St. Louis, Missouri) and has an under-graduate degree in Mathematics from Lafayette College.

Howard’s practice emphasizes business law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law. Howard assists clients in all of the following: formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; preparation and review of all contracts used by businesses; assistance with grants and contracts with Federal and State agencies; all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; probate and trust administration; guardianship and adoption proceedings; and advice and representation for real estate transactions.

Howard is the immediate past President of the Eugene Estate Planning Council. He has been extensively involved in civic and charitable organizations. He is the current President of the Relief Nursery Board of Directors and has been a past President of the United Rotary Clubs of Eugene/Springfield.
