Carolyn H. Connelly

Carrie’s municipal law practice includes numerous cities and special districts. She also specializes in environmental and land use law and practices real estate law.

Carrie authored a chapter in the Oregon Fire District Directors’ Handbook and a section for the Oregon Law Institute, regarding special district boundary changes. She speaks to different public entities, regarding various municipal topics such as public contracting, public records and meeting laws, employment matters, and various environmental issues.

Carrie graduated from Vermont Law School with both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Environmental Law in 1995. She then practiced municipal defense, until joining the firm as an Associate in 1997.
