DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LITIGATION
We have extensive experience at mediation, arbitration, litigation, and several other strategies of dispute or conflict resolution in all of our practice areas. When conflicts arise in business, estate planning, government operations, or for various other reasons, we offer resolution through collaboration and mediation whenever possible. However, if non-confrontational techniques do not resolve such disputes, we will pursue a solution through arbitration and litigation when appropriate or necessary. GOVERNMENT & MUNICIPAL LAW
Our Local Government Law group proudly represents over 100 municipalities, special districts, and other government entities throughout Oregon, and surrounding states. We have assembled a top-notch professional team to assist our clients with a vast range of government related issues. Our approach when advising municipalities is to practice preventative law. We believe this approach will assist in developing and maintaining an efficient, collegial, and confident council; which will benefit its community and its citizens.
