At Speer Hoyt we use techniques such as detailed and consistent drafting, documentation, and common sense to assist our clients in their requirement for legal expertise. We believe in finding alternatives to litigation whenever possible. However, when litigation is necessary our team is competent and prepared to represent our clients inside a courtroom.

New Additions:
Speer Hoyt is constantly expanding and changing with the times to keep us on the cutting edge of legal evolution. We have made some major changes to our firm’s organizational structure so that we may continue to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. The newest additions to our team include: our new Office Administrator, Kim Sitowski; and Attorneys Robert Emond whose practice areas include Intellectual Property and Computer Law, and Travis Misfeldt whose practice areas include Litigation/Conflict Resolution, Real Estate/Commercial Transactions, and Estate Planning/Trust, Estate and Probate Administration.
