John Wolf has been practicing law since 1980. He joined the Speer Hoyt team in 1987 and became a
partner in 1989. John represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of areas, including:
family law, business, real estate, contracts, collections, liens, local government law, and litigation
of all types. He has extensive expertise with tax litigation and matters concerning the IRS and the
Oregon Department of Revenue.
John has an extensive family law practice dealing with divorces and modification of divorce judgments,
custody and property division. His background in business law enhances his ability to deal with
divorces which involve a business. He also has experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate.
John is active in the community. He serves on the LCC Foundation Board and is a past President and
present member of the Eugene Rotary Club.
